Blue Cross Blue Shield
Blue Cross Blue Shield of Montana, a hyper-local Medicare provider, asked for a multi-touch direct mail program targeting “switchers”— customers willing to switch Medicare providers.
Clean, open design with minimal branding and colors provided the optimal layout for scanning, reading and compression of the dense material. Focusing on easy to find, and repeated, CTAs made responding clear and easy.
